Storage Investment Management LLC. is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance worker for Planet Self Storage -Syracuse for approximately 15 hours a week.
Location: 901 Hiawatha Boulevard West in Syracuse, NY.
Responsible for basic building maintenance, and general janitorial duties.
Requirements
* High School Diploma, or equivalent * 100% Dependability * Ability to properly perform maintenance tasks which require heavy lifting and moving. * Comfortability using small tools * Ability to climb a ladder * Weekday availability between the hours of 9:30-5:30 * Reliable transportation and driver’s license
