We are a ‘boutique storage management company.’ That means we are both large enough to give you economies of scale with substantial broad scope management experience, yet small enough to give your company the attention that larger management companies can’t afford to give.
We manage client assets and funds as if they were our own. Decision-making is focused on seeking the best solutions for our clients and your customers. Because we are a moderate-sized, boutique-style firm we have the opportunity to stay focused and refine solutions. If you have a question our President Charlie Fritts is your client liaison. You will have direct access to the decision-maker.
With a combined self-storage experience of over 100 years, we’re confident we’ll outperform other competitors in bringing you results.
We’re available whenever you need us, and will provide continuous communications, reporting, and analysis throughout your partnership with us.
