Storage Investment Management LLC (SIMI), a leading self storage management and consulting company, is excited to announce the addition of four new properties to its portfolio. The new properties include Sedgwick Storage in Maine, Middleton Self Storage in Massachusetts, EZ Safe Storage in New York, and Kingston Space Station, also in New York.
Sedgwick Storage, located in Maine, boasts 30,300 sq. ft. of self storage space and joined the SIMI Team in September 2022. With two convenient locations in Sedgwick and Brooksville, Maine, Sedgwick Self Storage serves the residential storage unit needs of the Blue Hill Peninsula and beyond. These facilities bring SIMI’s Maine management portfolio to four locations.
Middleton Self Storage, located in Middleton, Massachusetts, currently has 28,475 sq. ft. of self storage space with a planned 20,000 sq. ft. expansion coming soon. This facility joined SIMI in December 2022 and is well-positioned for SIMI’s Massachusetts management portfolio.
EZ Safe Storage, located in Schenectady, NY, offers 48,225 sq. ft. of self storage space and also joined SIMI in December 2022. This facility is a great addition to SIMI’s New York management portfolio.
Finally, Kingston Space Station, also located in New York in Kingston, offers 40,245 sq. ft. of storage space and just recently joined SIMI in April 2023. The facility’s new owners plan major renovation and upgrades to make it an even more desirable location for storage customers.
