Storage Investment Management LLC. has an immediate opening for a Part-Time (20 hours a week) Assistant Property Manager for Planet Self Storage-Syracuse located at 901 Hiawatha Blvd W in Syracuse, NY.
The Assistant Manager is directly managed by the Property Manager and assists in handling the day to day operations of our self storage facility, which includes providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers, renting storage units, processing payments, managing delinquencies, maintaining accurate physical and digital files, promoting our services, problem solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
This position requires having Saturday availability, along with a couple flexible days during the week.
